TERMS: Signed contract is a firm

commitment. I am aware that WOODS & WILDLIFE LLC does

not accept cancellations, and there will be no refunds. My

signature certifies that I agree to the terms and conditions

of this contract, and that I am authorized on behalf of the

company that I represent, to release WOODS & WILDLIFE

LLC and its officers, agents volunteers and employees from

any liability such as bodily injury, property damage, etc.

That may occur while the represented company and its

employees are occupying any of the event premises. Which

may be caused by natural disasters or man-made disasters

such as fire, theft, flooding, etc. The liabilities and disasters

listed, are not all inclusive, but any incident that occurs will

be deemed as included in this agreement for releasing

WOODS & WILDLIFE LLC of any responsibility. Vendors are

responsible to leave the area in the same condition as they

found it. WOODS & WILDLIFE has the right to reject any

booths with out explanation. All taxes are the responsibility

of the vendor.
